I was given DUI in 2010, I went to court in April, 2011. They gave me deal to plead guilty and they will lower charges. I pleaded guilty, they will gave me WET reckless( 23103.5) and 36 months probation. I went to court in 2012, they terminated my probation and dismissed my guilty plea. Now I am confused do I need to go to again court for "Expungement"?
Sounds like the case was already dismissed pursuant to PC 1203.4 (ie. expungement). You can verify this by looking at the abstract of your case, which you can get at the criminal clerk window.

Based on what you say, it sounds like you already got the PC1203.4 relief, commonly called an expungement, the legal effect of which is to have your plea or conviction withdrawn and the case dismissed. A quick look at the court file will answer this question.
If they "dismissed" your "guilty plea" that sounds like an expungement under Penal Code section 1203.4.
Keep in mind that an "expungement" doesn't do much for you. One of the few things it does is allows you to say "no" when asked if you have been convicted when applying for a job, but not when applying for a state license, contracting with the state lottery, or running for office.
The conviction will still be treated as a prior conviction if you are ever prosecuted again, and certainly if you get another DUI.
It sounds like you were already granted 1203.4 relief. If you are not sure, go to the clerk's office, pull your file and look at the last docket. It should have all of the information you need.
