Dui charges, first court date went to continuance. Was required to do 24/7 blow test, refuses to comply to this. Has been a nuisense in the household. Pass out drunk everyday. Currently has no employment, or cas flow. I want this man out of my house, i own it, he's not on the mortgage and pay no rent etc
Changing category to landlord tenant. I think you need to formally evict this person pursuant to your state's eviction statutes.

If he's simply a guest who won't leave, you can try having him arrested for trespassing. Otherwise, yes, you may be stuck filing formal eviction proceedings.
