My DS 160 prepared by my husbands relocation department when they prepared his too for a blanket L1A.
He then submitted my application too and I did not review it and had no chamce to correct.
He did not know of my shoplifting 20 years ago so he answered No on if I had any convictions. Innocent mistake and they were rushing the process being neglectful on my parts.
He went to interview and got his visa.
I did not show up as we were advised to do so so I can resubmit a correct one.
I have removed his company administrators for my L2 application as I lost trust in them and hired an own attorney.
Preparing documentation now for a new DS 160 with correct data and will schedule an interview.
Obtained a Police record contains nothing on me and court records are sealed. Getting all docs I can.
I believe my retraction was Volontary and timely. Am I right?
