I've looked into setting an arraignment date, but I wouldn't be able to get out of work. Can you pay for a ticket BEFORE your arraignment date (if i chose to go that route)?

At the clerks window would I have to pay the full amount upfront?

We do not have a client/attorney relationship until you make an appointment, we discuss your case face to face, I accept a retainer, and we explictly agree to enter into representation.
You can pay your ticket at any time or you can ask the court to convert the fine into community service hours.
