if both me and my girlfriend had fight with shoving and pushing and hitting and she wrote a report and I didn't but the cop said they see no indication of me hitting her but she told the commissioner the situation and put a warrant out for me I thought it would be my word against hers and I have proof of her hitting me to..who should I get in touch with and she damaged my property?
You need an attorney to represent you on the criminal charges. Second degree assault carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in jail and $2,500.00 fine. An attorney can discuss your case with you in a confidential setting.
If there is a warrant out for your arrest, you can discuss with your lawyer your options for in certain cases getting the warrant recalled or turning yourself in.
