We are about to file I-751. We are going to submit our jointly filed tax returns as one of the evidence of our bona fide marriage. Do we need to send W2 together with the returns? Please note, this is not for I-864 when we have to show sufficient income. This is only to prove the fact of us filing together as a husband and wife. Does USCIS still require W2 for removal of condition.
You've answered your own question. It would not hurt to provide the W-2s and may evidence a joint life.
