I've been on summery probation for a few years now . Beings they've modified and reinstated me on multiple accounts of 11550s. On one arrest I was pulled from my mother's home for a warrant that a person stolen my identity and of used. Was later able to prove this was not me yet I still have the alias to this date. Recently served my sentence of 30 days and was released with modification again to amount of summery probation I'm on . It hasn't been a full month yet and the sherriffs return to my mother's home for a probation Search . She was not home at the time. My girlfriend and I were waiting for my mother for a ride. Although I've been arrested there several times it's not my physical address. Mailing only. The sheriffs stated I could either consent the entrance of property or be arrested for failure of compliance of prob. Terms. For me to just be in compliance cause it wouldn't matter they were gonna do it anyways. On so many counts I've been pulled from my mother's home taken in for test of suspicion of 11550. This time they arrested my girl who isn't on probation. Both o.r 11 hours later. I'm only on summery prob. Not formal. Do they have these rights to search when ever ?
