I live in a ten unit apartment building. The landlord gave a 24hr notice for extermination of pest, only to my unit. They did not give me a list to prepare for the extermination or what kind of treatment. They had a propane tank, the heater was 'Remington 125'. They heated my unit to 125 degrees for four hours, they said not to re-enter until after 6pm.
Assuming your lease follows the Alaska Landlord Tenant Act, 24 hours notice for maintenance is all that is required. I don't know what sort of "list" you expected to be given but none would be required. If you have any questions about the product that was used, call the landlord and ask.
