My aunt passed away. She left no will not any children. From my understanding, her estate will be split between her siblings, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. One of those brothers, my dad, is deceased. The lawyer is telling my other aunt that my dad's part will be split between 3 of us. The lawyer has sent 3 forms to be signed and notarized. One of the forms I pretty much understand but the other 2 not so much. Thank you.
Probably. What you really need to do is take the papers to your own lawyer for review and explanation. Questions on the internet lead to problems when reviewing documents language. But what is your concern really?
