When divorced, my ex had order for Income Withholding for Support in decree. I have received child support every month until recently. No new orders that I am aware of are in effect and he still works at same employment. How could the payments stop all of a sudden? I thought this was to be deducted from his check or am I mistaken on that? Can he request employer to stop deductions?
What does your ex say when you ask about it?

It is to be deducted from the check. That requires some investigation. You could try and call the payroll department for his job. He may be up to something.
