If you do not qualify for legal aid help yet do not have the income to pay full price lawyer fees they have a modest means program that is offered for reduced fees if you qualify. I cannot find any information of such things in Ohio for family law.
I know a few local bar associations provide these types of services. You should locate the closest local bar association and inquire with them (maybe Toledo). You will still have to qualify under whatever guidelines they set.
