My roommate let a friend of his and her kids stay here for a little while, the kids are destroying things, she is always starting arguments. Long story short he wants her gone. Last night he called the police and they said he has to evict her. But she's only been here 4 days, none of her stuff is here, she hasn't paid rent, and doesn't get mail here. Does he really have to evict her? To me that makes no sense, you could let a friend spend a few nights and now they "live here".
We're all tired of the yelling, the destruction, all of it. Can he just ask her to leave?
If she is a visitor or trespasser, the police can remove her.
