My sons biological father signed an affadavit for relinquishing his rights and it said he was 23 and he is 22. He won't be 23 until december. Does it really matter?
If this is not mentioned in court it may not matter, however relinquishment is so technical that a problem could occur if he challenges the affidavit on that grounds at a later date. If you are still in contact with him, and if everyone is cooperating, he might sign off on a corrected affidavit.
