I was granted voluntary departure in 2012 but did not leave im aware that its a deportation order now. But before this i was able to obtain SSN, ID and EAD from my previous failed marriage. I got married 2 years ago and my spouse is aware of my situation. Last January 2016 my spouse filed tax for 2015 and he put me as dependent which includes my SSN. Now it made me realize that ICE might detect me through my spouse's filling of his tax?
If ICE is seeking out all individuals with outstanding removal orders then they will use all possible and available resources to search and locate such individuals.

That is very possible, if ICE searches to locate those individuals who failed to comply with VD orders.
