I was suspended from my job for a felony and told I could come back if case dismissed. It will be dismissed in one year. Do i wait out the year? Or tell them about the A.R.? Or is that saying i was guilty?
What you tell your employer is up to you (and your attorney). To answer your question, however: AR is not a conviction.
AR is not a quilty plea but it is still a pending case. You can tell your employer you were accepted into the AR program and that your case will be dismissed on completion.
AR is a program offered by the court system that, upon successful completion, will result in the charge dismissed. You have not been convicted or found guilty or otherwise entered a plea to the charge.
What you tell them is up to you.
