My wife and I bought a new 2017 travel trailer in December 2017 and had to take it back to dealership this week because leaking roof. They said roof would have to be replaced do to roof had wrong type of sealant. Even though it is under warranty we feel the integrity is compromised we want a replacement
There is no lemon law for travel trailers. There may be recovery under the MAgnuson Moss Warranty Act or The Uniform Commercial Code. Read your warranty and purchase documents very closely. Make sure you communicate with the mnfr in writing. You may have a claim for revocation of acceptance.
