My son's father sleep with my son and his brother when he has both the boys on overnight visits. Is this legal or should both boys have their own beds
Children should have their own separate beds or not share with a parent, but it is not a law. If the father does not have suitable housing for him and the children, then you can file with the court to request a change of the parenting order so that he only has overnights when he has separate beds. The court will then decide what is in the best interest of the children. Use the Find a Lawyer tab to retain a local family law attorney to review the situation and advise you.
