I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease last year and I was taking a prescription Prilosec for quite a while before this diagnosis. I have seen ads on TV and read about a lawsuit involving people that had been prescribed Prilosec and suffered CKD to call a telephone number listed on the TV screen.
Without knowing more I can't provide much of an answer. But, historically, these are legitimate advertisements attempting to locate potential clients, such as yourself. II suggest calling them to preserve your rights and pursue a potential claim. Good luck.
Contact the class action attorneys as they have researched this issue and have experts to support their claim.
You may have a case, it's tough to say. This is called products liability, and/or pharmaceutical liability. See http://gansenlawgroup.com/products.html
Give them a call, nothing obligates you to hire them. If this claim is being brought forward as a class action, you could potentially cut your individual cost of litigating this claim.
