Need to get a divorce and I live in Round Rock but my husband lives in Bexar county.
The spouse who files for divorce decides where to file. Presumably that means you could decide to file for divorce in Williamson County. Regardless, if the divorce is truly uncontested with no assets or children to consider, it doesn't matter much where it is filed. The filing spouse would need to make an appearance in court but the non-filing spouse could waive their right to do so. If necessary you could find a Round Rock area lawyer to travel to Bexar County. You would just need to pay for it.
