I recently was released with bail conditions for a harrassment via electronic device/ stalking charge with an unsecured bond set at $2,000. A couple weeks go by and I'm called into the PD to follow up for my conditions. Everything checked out fine but was given a summons for driving after suspension resulting in another summons for a VCOR. My court date is set for 12/4/18, my question is, will there be a warrant for my arrest prior to my court date and without being convicted of the OAS or will I be able to be stress free knowing that I'll be able to go to court without worrying about being picked up before my court date and risk losing my job and pretty much crippling me entirely? (Note: I have proof if clerical error for the OAS, it never should have been in suspension)
I agree with Attorney Smith. If you were summonsed for the new charge, there should not be a warrant issued unless you fail to appear in court.
