According to my file my bar date is set at May 13th 2019
My wife is a US citizen we have gone trough the steps with a lawyer but we came to a standstill because of that date May 13th of this year
Depending on why you had the bar an ESTA application is likely to be denied. I guess you must have your reasons for not applying for an immigrant visa based on the fact that your wife is a USC and a visa is immediately available to you.
I have 33 years experience and practice immigration law only. My response to your AVVO question is treated the same as a free initial telephone consultation. My answer to your question is general in nature and not to be construed as legal advise or as establishing an attorney-client relationship. For additional discussion regarding your personal situation a scheduled consultation is required. You may schedule the consultation by calling my office, sending an email request to [email protected] or sending a message from MulderLawOffice.com/guestbook. An effort is made to schedule your consultation within 24 hours or your request.
Why file for ESTA if you're eligible for a greencard?
