My son is in jail and a DANCO order was placed between him and his girlfriend that share a daughter. He asked us to send him pictures of his daughter but I don't want to violate the order by sending pictures of his daughter. Can I legally send him any pictures without getting him in trouble?
The act of him requesting a mere photograph from you of does not constitute a contact with anyone other than you. It does not constitute a contact with his alleged victim (girlfriend) or daughter assuming she's even included in the order. You might however call the jail and ask if its acceptable to them just to be safe.
