Rover.com pet sitter lost my dog, she neglected to secure her entry to her home with dog/baby gates, She doesn't have baby gates to the door entrance. I told her that my dog is a good runner and untrusted without a leash. The pet sitter is responsible for what happened to my dog. I have yet to find my dog. The dog was lost on 12/16/18, today is 1/9/19.
You certainly may---unless you agreed to not sue and instead arbitrate or participate in alternative dispute resolution in the agreement you signed with the service.
