I agree with my colleagues but I'm going to venture a wild guess as to what you're asking. If you want to know if you will be placed in foster care because your mother is under house arrest, I would say that depends on DHS and, of course, what your mom has been charged with or convicted of. The fact that she's in the house rather than in a prison facility would suggest to me that you have a decent chance of being able to stay home, but then I have no specific facts to base this on.
