I'm separated for two yrs, have a child of 19 yrs old now, she just finished first year of college... Her father pays spousal support to me, child support stopped when she turn 18 and graduated from high school. I was told - in Pa there is no support provided for children in college....I live in Erie county, PA...I know people living in Mercer county , PA. who pays and receive child support for college students..
There is no requirement that child-support continue past graduation from high school. However, parties can certainly contract to agree to pay support/tuition outside of the support agreement and as part of a divorce settlement.
