Following is the probate case status report:
03/01/2017 JUDGMENT/ORDER/DECREE OF FINAL DISTRIBUTION FILED ON WAIVER OF ACCOUNT: Not Applicable;
03/01/2017 COPY(IES) AND CERTIFICATION(S): Not Applicable.
Everything has been filed, and the "Disposition" status currently is listed as "Not Applicable"
Do we have to wait for a "Granted" status to appear before making the final distributions to all beneficiaries? Seems like we would have to, but we wanted to double check.
This question has appeared in the immigration section. I will redirect it so that an attorney in the Estate Planning section can respond. Good Luck.

If you have a filed ORDER you can distribute. Until then, you cannot. It looks like on 3/1/2017 you received an order. If not, get one.
