My mom was killed in October 2019 in a house fire.I have 2 other siblings and she made me beneficiary of her life Insurance policy and beneficiary of her retirement and beneficiary of her bank account she didn’t have a will her and my dad separated 30 years ago but didn’t legally divorce. How do we do her estate and will my dad be included on her estate
Your dad is still her husband, even after 30 years. Texas does not have legal separation so he would be entitled to a portion of her estate. If your mom had a will, the result could be different.

You may not have to worry. IF the assets that you listed are payable to you, then they are not part of the probate estate, they belong to you. If there are other assets that your mother owned that are part of the probate estate, your father would have to be a party to that proceeding to divide them
