If my employer issued the letter 3 years back can I use that now for applying I 140. Does it need to have latest date on it? Please let me know. Appreciate your answer
There is not much information provided regarding the circumstances of your case. However, in general it is good to provide recent letters of employment that your proposed salary, initial date of employment, position and job duties/responsibilities, and the permanent nature of the position being offered. The letter would be good to further explain how you specifically meet the requirements for the job and the value you will bring to the employer. I recommend you review this case with an experienced immigration attorney who can review your case and inform you how to proceed with the best evidence available.
