I came across rule 114 in IL Supreme Court about loss mitigation and called my bank and ask for an application for loss mitigation and they said they don’t offer any but before they can make the judgement to foreclose they have to file a loss mitigation affidavit but if they don’t offer such a thing can they still file an affidavit?
