I got a citation and instead of putting my current address on the citation they put the address that is on my drivers license. The courthouse told me to come up there and change the address that is on the citation to my current address. Once I do that, the lawyer advertisements will be sent to my new address instead of the old address, correct?
First of all not all of us who do traffic defense send solicitation letters Second, those who do pay to get info from the courthouse and that info contains the address on the citation.,
I agree with Ms. Mendini. Most of the time, the attorneys who do advertise, get their information very quickly. So even if you change the addess, it is likely too late to stop advertisements from going to the old address.
