I was checking my compliance summary with the Va DMV. It stated my privileges have been reinstated then it also says I’m still required to take the VASAP Class. I do not live in the state anymore. Does this mean the block is removed in Va and I can get a DL in my current state or do I have to take that class?
To some level the answer depends on whether or not the Virginia DMV has communicated with the DMV in your current state. There is no punishment for applying for a driver's license in your new state, so your best course of action could be to do so and if you get a license don't worry about it. If you are barred from receiving a license you will have your answer as well.
