I bought a car with 95,000 miles from a dealer a month later realized on the carfax that that the odometer reedeings went from 86,000 to 46,000 which i was not aware of at the sale. I was shown the car fax quickly but nothing was explained to me and was told to sign. Do i still have a fraud claim in i signed the car fax?
Without any more information, I think that it is clear that your matter requires an attorney to investigate your potential claim, the factual basis, and whether or not you have a course of action. Consider hiring a civil ligation attorney at your earliest convenience to determine this. Be mindful of any delay or timeline associated with your purchase.
you have a clear case of fraud and there is liability on the dealership or person from who m you purchased the car since they had to have been aware of the rollback. The downside is that you signed the CarFax but I believe that you may be able to get the difference in value between the value with 86000 miles and the value with 46000...and fraud comes with triple damages so you have a hammer over the seller's head.
