USCIS is still issuing receipt notices and until you receive a rejection notice and the application back you till have a chance. Good luck!

If the company and/or their lawyer have not received an e-receipt ... there is a 99.99999% chance that you were not picked in the lottery ... sorry.
How do I know this? Last week CIS issued a memo that they had sent out e-receipts for all cases that were selected.

If your employer 's petition has not been returned there is still a remote possibility in that USCIS does not select precisely 85,000 cases. A certain amount of cases are to be set aside to take the place of those selected cases that will be denied.
