My application got rejected due to some missing pages in form I765. Now I am confused whether to send a new application or can i send the old one just by adding the missing pages and can i send the same cashier's check of $410
Didn't that "Rejection Notice" arrive with detailed instructions on what to do next? If yes, follow them. Otherwise, send it a "fresh" I-765 with all pertinent documentation and of course the cashier's check.
