My father went threw a divorce and his wife removed 2 shot gun and 2 rifles of my father until this divorce was over. My dad past away and 2 shot guns were delivered to me from my attorney. I don't know if these guns were registered to my father or anything. When I pick up the 2 shot guns I ask about the 2 rifles and my attorney said he didn't know that this is all they gave him. So that means 2 rifles are out on the streets. At the time I didn't think to call and report these guns missing or anything. But what happen is 10 years later I ran into my dad's xwife and we were talking and I asked her how come I only got back 2 guns when there was 4. And what happened to them. She said she don't know she gave them to her attorney. So did the attorney keep the guns I don't know. What I do know is the gun laws are strict. What happens if these guns kill someone. The guns didn't disappeared somebody has them. So what do I do. I Called this attorney and they can't talk to me cause I wasn't her client. Can and should I still report them missing even thou it's been 10 years.
Where have you been for 10 years?
You should contact ATF and make the report.
