Do I need to pay recovery pay.com??

I almost never see companies like this following through and filing cases. I have even attempted to contact such companies on multiple occasions and they have refused to respond. It is possible that they could file but I think the chances are rather slim.
Do not pay and ignore all letters. They are toothless threats and they will not pursue the matter in civil courts as it's not worth their time or expense.
You can ignore the demand letters, or you could pay them. Recovery companies rarely sue on those.
