Hi, I have applied to USCIS to change my visa status from F1-OPT to F2 through my spouse (my spouse is now on F1-OPT) on the last sept, 2017 as it expires on Sept 2017. Still now my case status is pending.
My query is if I want to start full-time study from April 2018 then do I need to apply again for F1 Visa?
Please note that my previous F1 visa will expire in August, 2019.
Either you can apply for another COS or seek a visa at the Consulate.
