My 3 year old son’s father is alive but his name is not on my child’s birth certificate. He only helped me out financially until my son was 7months old . From then on we knew nothing about him . He doesn’t visit my child or anything . He uses drugs and as far as I know he’s a drug addict. My son is in Mexico and I live in California . Do I need his father’s permission to bring him here with me permanently?
