i want to renew my 01, i found out that i don't need to provide a 600pages new case, with all the evidence to prove ex.ability, SAG letters, deal memos, and the 3 criteria evidence. i only need::::
-A new I-129 petition and the $460 O1 processing fee ///
-A copy of your arrival/departure form I-94 ///
-A written statement detailing why the extension is necessary - ( would it be good to provide a couple of deal memos here too? - or just a cover letter? ) ///
last question is, if uscis can deny an 01 renewal just cause my written statement didn't convince them. or that's too extreme? thanks
