I just received a summons in the mail a week ago telling me I am being sued. so I called the attorneys office and set up a payment plan until the debt is paid in full also I will go submit the answer the complaint. What else can I do

Now you just wait for your court date and make sure you go to it. Keep making your payments and tell the judge you are on a payment plan. Just because you have made a payment plan doesn't mean they will drop the case. Good Luck!
