Moved into govt housing in 2016 after my apartment caught fire. Met my spouse and we got married in 2018. Now we would like to file but we are kind of stuck. Don't know if we should move out of the housing before putting in our papers as we don't know if that could cause a hindrance in the process.
N:B...the housing is in my name and not my spouse who is the citizen.
