I am selling my home. I contacted a realtor who told me my best option for sale would be through a cash offer. The man he referred me to has put a cash offer in. Do I now have to work with the realtor?
Not unless you signed an exclusive listing agreement with the realtor.
Agreed with the prior answer. The agreement that you signed with the realtor will control.
Good luck with your case!
