I am a NYC Employee and I am applying for an NYPD Special Patrolman License because my employer has requested this. This is a non gun carrying license. i was arrested 4 years ago and the case was dismissed and sealed. I was told I may not have to disclose this information because there was no conviction and it is sealed. Do I have to tell them this information on the 2 page application?
