I got a application for a fiance visa approved for my fiance in Nigeria after a years wait then it took them 2 and a half months to send all the paperwork to the american embassy there so he could get his visa leaving not enough time to get everything done so the approval expired. So I never got to bring him to the US that was 2 years ago. Is there any way to get that approval redone without having to go through the whole process with all the paperwork again? Is there some form I can file that I can just request a renewal or something since no visa was given?
You guys will need to file a new application.
