I have raccoons living in my ceiling and now walls. My lease says the tenants pay for pest control but the hole is on the side of the roof and has been there since I've moved in. I've tried to contact my landlord but he has an assistant now and she said she would tell him. It's been over a week and no response. I've sent videos/ pictures showing him but nothing. I'm worried they are going to get inside my apartment
You are probably going to need the assistance of a lawyer because the landlord is going to hang his or her hat on that pest control clause until someone smarter outsmart him or her!
