Okay so I Am a Minor & I Turned this kids internet off Via DDoS Attack & i was charged back in September & all the charges was dropped & the case was dismissed, so like a week later the kids mom had the officer file a citation for me to pay a fine! & i Do not know if i should pay the fine or not, & The kid lives in another state than me so i Do not know what to do so does anyone have advice ?
It's unclear what's going on here. If the case was dismissed, you don't have to pay a fine. It's possible you may still owe court costs. Sometimes cases are dismissed at defendant's cost, which basically means they agree to drop the charge and you agree to pay.
The situation you describe is odd though. If a new citation was filed, it is possible you face a new charge. You really ought to have a lawyer look into this.

I think you should consult with an attorney since you are getting something from a court or police officer. This may be something or it may be nothing. I would recommend you not posting any details about the case as you did here and do not discuss the case with anyone but your attorney. It may be that the charges are being refiled. Whether you owe something or not depends on the way the case was resolved.
