My daughter mother is married and they are well taken care of and I'm struggling on welfare and trying to hold on a job and every time I'm late paying my child support I want to losing my license and have a warrant on my arrest and then I want to losing my job then I have to start all over again trying to look for another job and while I'm doing that my child support get back up
The remarriage of your child's mother has no impact on your child support obligation. You may be able to modify your child support obligation if you can prove to the court that your financial circumstances are significantly different from what they were at the time the child support obligation was calculated.
