I was issued a citation for driving a vehicle of my friends with no insurance and not maintaining financial stability. Am I liable to pay these tickets?
If you were driving at the time you were the person operating the vehicle without insurance. From your post it appears you are the one cited for driving without insurance so when you fail to appear and take care of the ticket you’ll be the one that gets a warrant for failure to appear. Based on that feel free to ignore it at your peril.
