I was initially denied for SSI and SSDI and I appeal and ask for reconsideration. SSA says in the initial decision that I am in pain and continue to have pain but not severe enough not to walk and stand or setting.
I am suffering from multiple herniated disc, Annular bulging in my upper and lower back and osteosclerosis and Osteophyte.
I don't want to take the surgery. Is failure to take those surgery will affect my appeal. I am at the reconsideration level.
It is hard to say.. Maybe implied but you're refusing to take the surgery that your injury or pain is less than you said
