I am a mexican citizen, and I own a house in florida., I want to start renting the house, and I created a US a corporation, do I have to make a nonrecognition transfer before I Make a quit Claim deed? Or I can just make the quit claim deed transfering the propierty to the corporation and start renting the house?
If you are foreign national, who has invested in real property here that you plan to rent out, and you "formed a corporation" - then the answer is here is very simple and rather obvious.
You need to consult with, and retain a good local real estate attorney ASAP to help guide you; this is NOT a "DIY" project, sorry (I have no idea what made you think it was)- and you should NOT be looking for answers to your legal issues on the net. Trust me, this is the very best advise I can give you here.
Hope it helps.
